I reached a milestone last night.

4 I inserted my first Foley into a patient without someone guiding me. I struck gold on the third try lol.

I felt so relieved and proud of myself. lol
Congratulations!!! It is quite exciting when you can actually apply what you have learned to actually doing it!!!I had an LPN of almost a year ask me to change a male's foley because she had never done one. MUCH easier than on a female...LOL
