when (how) does it stop?Rating: (votes: 0) any thoughts/comments ... ![]() ![]() K It sounds like you may wish to visit your physician. Less sleep is bad enough, but you may at risk for your safety if you are sleep walking. Have you experienced this before, or is this a new? Comment:
of course it is a symptom of anxiety. Better talk to a professional as the job may only be how it is manifested, not the full story.
Comment:
No, I've never done this and wouldn't consider it normal. Are you working a night shift? Sometimes the change of sleeping schedule can really mess a person up.
Comment:
it could be just anxiety -- or it could be a symptom of a sleep disorder. go see your doctor.
Comment:
I had horrid dreams when I worked in a clinical research clinic. Feeling like I was there & problems occurred. Waking up with my heart pounding. It was a stress reaction to a hostile work environment, in addition to severe sleep deprivation. My physician suggested I leave the job and a sleep study. I was able to resign from the overburdened job and it has never happened since.Lack of sleep (or lack of restful sleep/sleep deprivation)can be very dangerous, time to make an appointment with your personal physician.
Comment:
Should consult it with you physician...
