CAP criteria triage

I know this is a pretty silly question.
But I don't know what "CAP criteria" as charted in my patient's TRIAGE profile is.
Can anyone please help? What is CAP criteria?

What's the patient's diagnosis?

Community Acquired Pneumonia... at my old hospital it was a entirely different order set in its own. To be diagnosed with it you had to meet a certain criteria (white level, sputum culture, onset of sx, etc...). Our CAP orders had the criteria right on the front sheet.
