Sheath pulling competency

The cath lab department I work in is re-vamping it's comptencies and I'm wondering if anyone has any competency checklists for sheath pulling that might help me.

At my institution all that is required is that you are at least an LPN...at a facilitiy in a nearby city nurse techs pull them...Wow!

Nurse must see one pulled first, Then they will be walked thur to be able to pull sheath. Two Rn at all times. PTT less the <40 . IVFluids versed/ or morphine, 4x4 dressing tray, sand bag, suture removal tray, 10cc syringe to pull back from sheath. We do alot of heart caths, and super ablation.
