The penalty is way too lenient.Also, I hope the prosecutor is going to prosecute. This is a terrible thing to do to patients. I hope all of his victims get a huge hunk of his money and property. This is just horrible.

that is absolutely ridiculous he should lose his license. but its a well known fact that doctors like to cover for one another

Why someone like this is not considered a sex offender, I will never understand. Of course I feel sorry for the patients, but I can't help thinking about how this must have ruined the lives of this man's (I'm not calling him a Dr.) family.
