States without reciprocity requirements??

I am willing to relocate out of state in order to get my first nursing position. Does anyone know of any states that do not have any requirements for reciprocity? I can go through all 50 states' board of nursing websites, but I figured I could maybe get a quicker answer here...maybe. So far, the states I've researched require 500-960 hours of work experience as a RN in order to apply for licensure by endorsement. Thanks.
All states require one to endorse license in new state except for those that are coompact states --even then, if you move from home state, need to get new license.Seems like southern east coast states have practice hour requirements---northeast US states do not have such requirement.... PA still has GN license.

Comment:
I don't think that Connecticut requires any RN work hours to obtain licensure by endorsement. We aren't a compact state, you would have to apply for licensure.

Mind if I ask what state you're in, and how far are you looking to relocate?I went to school and graduated in New Orleans. After being unable to find a job in New Orleans, I immediately applied for licensure in MS, which took me about a week to get, and right away found a job in Jackson. I had to meet no experience requirements.Good luck in your job search.
