Mycobacterium Chelonae

Case: Joint surgery following trauma. Now infected with this bacteria. Currently infection is localized. Have researched this and would like to hear from anyone with experience (personal or patient) re treatment and outcomes. Patient on IVABX and PO ABX. I guess this stuff can be really bad, family quite worried. Thanks to anyone who can help
