Starting Night shift...Need help!!

Hello Everyone,

I am going to start working night shift very soon (8a-8p) . This will be my first 12 hr night shift in my carer . I am really anxious how am I going to handle this . I hardly fall asleep during day no matter how sleepy or tired I am .
