Should I get an accelerated BSN with an RN already?My problem is that I already have a BA. I am trying to get into a good school for RN-BSN but they dont accept people with prior bachelor's. So, now I am considering an accelerated BSN. I know it will be alot of repeated info, but I dont mind since IGetting into RN residency programs: what are they looking for?I just graduated with my AAS in nursing and passed NCLEX. My current aim is to go through a nurse residency program at a good hospital, but when I read about the residency programs they mostly say they require BSN.
