Low Fiber/Low Residue

Hello,

Is there any difference between Low Residue diet and Low Fiber diet?

I cam across both options in a question in an NCLEX practice exam.

I would have thought they are both the same - Low Fiber diet yields low residue and High Fiber diet yields high residue.

Low residue is also low in fat, whole grains, and fresh vegetables (fiber).
