contemplating Humana phone nurse position

Depends on what you like, I know some nurses who are phone triage and love it and others who get stir crazy at a desk. It's whatever you like. Hope you find what makes you happy!

It is not phone triage. You would be calling people who have Humana insurance and who have chronic conditions and try to help them manage their conditions. The calls are recorded and there are strict guidelines and reviews for the nurses. I think there is a lot of micromanaging. I don't know if this or casemanagement would be the better job. I am tired of the hospital setting. I enjoy doctors offices but the pay is not good. I do need insurance benefits.
