lymphedema therapy

Hi, I just finished th eNorton School CDT program. This certifies me to do lymphedema therapy and compression bandaging. I live in Massachusetts and understand that I can not practice this and bill insurance companies for this service. I am also a license3d massage therapist. Does anyone know about this? Anyone know if this is true? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm sorry, I know Mass works a little different in the insurance sector - but I work in health insurance claims, and why wouldn't you be able to bill for it? Many insurance companies may not cover it, but some might... there are many different insurance policies out there, I'm just not sure why your particular service is not eligible to be billed... I'm pretty sure I've seen these types of claims before. Are there CPT codes for these services? If so, send 'em through!
