Online NP vs Traditional NP

I was thinking about getting my NP and am not sure which route to go, online or traditional school. Both seem to have good points and bad points. I would like to know how people feel about these degrees during the hiring process, would they feel that one is preferable to the other. Has anyone gotten NP thru University of Pheonix? How has it been for you to get a job? Any other thoughts?
I'm interested in answers to this myself. Also, would an online degree from the University of Phoenix be viewed differently than an online degree from a more traditional school, like the University of Michigan?

I can address the University of Phoenix issue: I did my ADN to BSN and also an MSN there - no problems whatsoever getting hired.

I've been trying to plan my path in nursing (currently 2nd year in an ADN course)I'd love to hear about the NP part, I really want to be mobile once my ADN is completed to move to Timbuktu or Nome, Alaska to get that first year of exp after grad. The option to attend a competent BSN and NP program online to free me up is fantastic.
