Nurse Chart Reviewer jobs. Are they out there?

Hi everyone. I am currently working in Home Health and have been thinking about changing my job description. I have been looking for per diem, work from home or even field-based chart reviewer positions with insurance companies, home health or doctors offices. I have researched job openings in my area (southern Mississippi) but can hardly find anything or even who or where to apply. Is there anyone that knows any nation wide companies that do work from home or any companies closer to me?
