Can someone explain job description to me?

I am an RN, ADN degree. In perusing online openings, I'm seeing this description a lot with one particular hospital system:
POSITION SPECIFICATION:
Education--ADN
Field of Study--nursing
Training preferred--baccalaureate in nursing
Licensure/Registration--RN in State (specific listed, part of nurse practice act)
Experience--no experience required

I'm left confused by what all this means. Anyone care to help me out?
It pretty much means the minimum education they will accept is the ADN, but they would prefer a BSN.

I would recommend that you still go ahead and apply.

I applied for my current job which read a minimum of 1 year experience. I was fresh out of school. I got an interview and must have impressed me because they hired me on the spot,.... ADN and all.
