Nurse Recruiter Job

Hello Allnurses,

Anyone on here work as a nurse recruiter and can give me an idea of what the job fully consists of. Stress level, amount of travel? I saw a posting in my area, hours and salary were pretty appealing.

Are you certain that it is a salaried position? Or salaried to start, with eventual transition to commission?That would be my concern...

I dont think the position is salaried.

It doesn't pay too much from what I see......
