Outpatient clinics in San Diego?

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone had experience in outpatient clinics in SD, and what the avg pay is? I currently work in a hospital here, but I am just looking at my options for if/when I have a baby. I know it obviously doesn't pay as much as the hospital, but I'm just trying to see what the pay range is for outpatient.
