specialization trainings for new board passers

hello i would like to ask if you know any specialization trainings(for example dialysis) and where can i apply..i am looking particularly about trainings on LASIK..it would be really great if someone can help me..if you dont know about LASIK can you recommend any specialization trainings?thank you very much
Have you tried searching for LASIK nurses ? I'm guessing the internet would be a good place to check....Also, each area of specialization has their own organization- there is a list on the site map about specialties- that might be helpful. It's a LOT of info to narrow down For the nursing specialties, most require a certain amount of experience in THAT area to be able to take the specialization exam....new grads can start working in those areas if they're hiring, and start building time towards that
