I am looking for a telemetry course, willing to travel please help if you are aware of any telemetry course in your area

I would look through your place of employment or google telemetry classes in your area, possibly at other hospitals in your area.

If you work at a hospital then I am sure they have a course. Call you training and development department, or the director of telemetry.
