Need advise from experienced nurse RN BSN or MSN

i'm a first year student in bsn program. i have a presentation where i need to interview a nurse with an at least bsn degree. however i don't know anyone, so i was wondering if anyone here is willing to help. here are few questions that i would like an experienced nurse to answer.
this is the topic i have
professional practice, ethical and legal issues related to questionable practice/impaired practice.

• have you ever experienced questionable/impaired practice?
• if you have, how did you deal with this type of situation?
• in your mind what are the few best ways to handle these types of situations?
• what other advice or tips would give to new nurses?
