good people, i am stragling with ways to make my nursing in-service program sustainable for a long period. actual i need strategies for ensuring sustainability of my program. the program is on infection control and aims at empowering nurses who are working. any idea is highly wellcome.
I'd need a WHOLE lot more info to say anything!
