How much is your workman's comp, payroll tax, liabilty insurance, recruiting, accounting and payroll services cost? Once you figure all that out you can add that to what you will pay your employees & BAM... You are in business!

I wanted to know how much to charge the facility not my staff but thanks tango

Tango is saying that in order to be profitable you first have to determine how much it will cost to provide that service at no profit. Then you add whatever percentage to make a profit. For example if it cost you $100 to provide CNA service and you want to make a 30% profit you would charge the client $130.

Those things that Tango mentioned are all part of YOUR costs... you need to charge the facility enough to cover YOUR costs.. but if you have no idea what YOUR costs are/will be, well we can't help you figure out how much to charge.You need to find out how much CNA's LPN's in your area earn, as you need to pay them, THEN add on all of your operating costs such as office rental, liability insurance, healthcare plans etc...

O ok thanks.. I didn't want to overcharge them, then I wouldnt have any contracts

How would you even know what "overcharging" them is, if you dont know your operating/start up costs? If it was simple matter of slapping a low-ball bid togther and getting a contract--EVERYBODY would be doing it. Those things I mentioned dont even scratch the surface of what YOUR costs would be. Let me ask you this- What if you did win a contract? Then what? Just call up some friends and pimp 'em out to the facility? Its gonna take a little more than that.

I know that it is not that simple! Advertising not calling up friends! There is way much more to this than winning a contract. That's just the only thing I needed n answer to at this moment while I get everything else in order. Thank you for comments
