Good Recommendation Letter

Hi everyone!

This might be a silly question but I wanted to know what everyone thinks a good recommendation letter consists of? I am about to start asking for recommendations but I want to make sure they are as influential as possible . What do nursing recruiters look for exactly in recommendation letters so I can know what to ask of my references???? Please advise!
If you are getting letters from your instructors, they will know exactly what to write. They probably already have a letter saved on their computer that they just insert your name, and a couple specifics, and print it off for you. My advise would be to get as many as you can, and put the ones that are the most specific to you on top.
