I agree, you never ever want anyone you work with to have access to what you want to share here. There are many threads about management having been given posts from others about work.!!!!!!!I have a deep sense of trust in maybe 4 of 40 nurses... be careful and if you've already liked up as friends start a second account and never share it... because here you need to not be known by those you know.
