New Grads hired at my LTC facility

I have started giving the new nurses allnurses website. I feel there is something here for anyone needing to know and share. One down, 3 to go.
That's good! I wouldn't give them your user name, IMO...that way you still maintain your privacy here, instead of them being able to scrutinize everything you post and wonder if you're talking about them/the facility/etc.

I agree, you never ever want anyone you work with to have access to what you want to share here. There are many threads about management having been given posts from others about work.!!!!!!!I have a deep sense of trust in maybe 4 of 40 nurses... be careful and if you've already liked up as friends start a second account and never share it... because here you need to not be known by those you know.
