Where to work after I graduate?Rating: (votes: 0) Many times RNs are utilized as charges, IV nurses, etc in LTC. In my experience the RN is always the one who is called upon to perform the "exotic procedures" such as IV insertion, PD administration, etc. Honestly, get a job where you can and KEEP APPLYING. Join professional nurse organizations such as ANA and continue to get your BSN. Seek out continuing education training in your area, many times community colleges offer this. Comment:
Apply everywhere. Work where you get offered a position. The rest of the future will take care of itself. Best of luck!
