Thoughts or ideas? Gift for hospital job referral

I am a new grad and just received a job offer at a great hospital on a med surg floor. This was my dream job! I graduated in December and the job search has been so tough! I never thought I would get a hospital job. My boyfriends coworkers wife passed my resume along to the right people and she definitely got me the interview, and ultimately she got me the job. Without her help, I never would have even been called for a screening or interview. I cannot thank her enough! I want to get a thank you gift/card/ gift card for her (and her husband).
