Doctors Make Mistakes: Can We Talk About That?

Saw this video on TedTalks and thought it was very interesting. Although this talk is geared towards physicians I thought it pertained to all healthcare workers, especially doctors AND nurses.

I wanted to share this with the physicians I work with. But how?

Great talk. Definitely applies to nursing too, I think. The expectation is perfection - how can anyone ever live up to that?
