question about wound care!

Hi.
I have this problem with my patient: the dr. ordered Betadine and Bactroban in diabetic wound care and the patient while applying the betadine over the bactroban, complianed of burning pain. THe Betadine in the wound bed? Is there any reaction between Betadine and Bactroban? I was looking for a while but I found nothing. Please help!
i am not sure but whenever i have a question about drug interactions, i call our pharmacist.
