Anybody ever left a hospital job b4 1yr? Any regrets?

Hi just curious for anybody who left their first hospital job before acquiring their one year experience for another non hospital job? Do you have any long term regrets other than the relief of the stress? Thanks
I left my first hospital job after 10 months, I had been written up for "not washing my hands" then a charge nurse gave me almost twice the patient load of any other CNA of the floor the day I came back. I was then assigned for half my shift to sit for a gentleman in the same room my grandmother died in and it was too much for me so I quit that night. I do regret not getting the full 12 months experience there, but was able to get 2 months of experience at a well-known hospital in Minnesota so I still can put 12 months experience on job applications
