Passed NCLEX now (JOB HUNTING)PLS READ

Pleasssse comment I need yall!
Ok I have not been browsing the web lately passed NCLEX 2 months ago,Im still blessed to say that! However, job hunting is in affect hahahahha must i laugh because if you dont you will cry.I must say their are multiple places in New Jersey Hiring, but when you are a new grad employers are not running after you believe me ....Anyway Let me get to the point of my post.

Out of all the places I applied to about 100 applications maybe a little more.A Jail has contacted me for a interview,blessed I must add because i really think psych/correctional nursing go together and im considering psy nursing.I really want to no what do yall(my fellow nurse/nursing students) think about this offer is it a goooooo!!

How do I prepare for this position/interview? Will I be smart enough to work as a new grad correctional nurse? Salary? Are nurses respected in this facility? Hellllllp please comment add any skills i will need/attitude????
