when you are accused of abuseRating: (votes: 0) Oh Lord. Sorry to hear about this- hope it turns out well Comment:
I'm very sorry to hear this, Ms.RN. We really can't offer much in the way of advice, since this matter is beyond our scope and should be handled by a competent attorney with experience in handling abuse allegations against healthcare professionals. Right now, the less said, the better---you don't want statements floating around that can damage your case if it ever were to reach the BON or a courtroom. Make notes for yourself and keep them in a private place at home, so that you can recount events later if needed; otherwise, PLEASE do not talk to anyone at work (or anywhere else) about this matter, or post comments about it on any social media. Good luck to you.
