Not your normal RN jobs such as camp nurse?

I'm a new grad, and looking for jobs. I have only been looking at the big hospitals in the area, and after speaking to a former nurse, she told me she got her first experience as a nurse for a summer camp right out of school. It got me thinking...what other jobs are out there for nurses besides the hospitals? I know there are places like birthing centers and surgery clinics, but they are pretty much just owned by the hospitals too. Can anyone think of anything else to look into thats outside the box?

I'm not asking only for jobs I would qualify for now, as a new grad, but name some things that others and I could use throughout our career as well, if a change is needed
