LPN and BSN student

Hello,

I was hoping someone(s) could help shed some light on this for me. I have been a LPN for almost 5 years now and am currently at the end of my first semester of a BSN program. I know the salary question has been asked A LOT! on this site, but mine is slightly different. What or how much of a difference should I ask for when it comes to salary? Or better yet, how does my LPN experience calculate to my RN?
