Need A Public Health Nurse's Insight

i am currently in my public health class and we are to do a short interview with a public health/community nurse. i have called a few, but have not heard back from anyone and i was wondering if anyone on here could help me out? it's just three short questions to answer and then i write up a two page paper on your responses. if anyone can help i'd greatly appreciate it!! below are the questions:
