Hospital is running out of money.

Hello Everyone,

I would like some advice. I graduated from nursing school in fall of 2008 (AND). I recently gained employment at a hospital three months ago as a psych nurse. This is my first hospital job. As of three days ago I have learned that my hospital has 17-20 days worth of money to meet pay roll. What should be my next step? I will begin working on my BSN fall 2012.
