Need to interview nurse supervisor for scholarship

1 Hello, I am looking for two nurse supervisors/directors/charge (anyone in a management position) to fill out a questionnaire that consist of 11 questions. This is for a nursing scholarship that I am applying for. If anyone has the time and is interested in helping me out please let me know and I will email you the questionnaire. Thank you.
