Large Alcohol Wipes

I was reading a stethoscope thread and somebody mentioned wiping them down with alcohol. The problem I always have when trying to do that is that prep pads are too small to be effective. I've had this same problem wiping down tele leads.

Has anybody seen commerical alcohol wipes that are larger than prep pads - say 12cm x 12cm or so?

I've taken to pouring IPA in a ziploc bag and then putting paper wipes in there but it would sure be nice to have 'em in a dispenser like baby wipes or Sani Wipes.
I just bought some at wallgreens the size of baby wipes. They came in a round pop top dispenser to.

we have alcohol wipes in a canister, they are the size of a facial tissue. It is used for wiping down appliances, and specifically says on it "cannot be used for skin prep". we use it for wiping down examination tables, cleaning out an infectious room, wiping down pumps... everything!

Tele leads and beds should NOT be wiped with alcohol. It dries the plastic and rubber out and makes it crack causing bigger infection control issues. Your ward should have some non alcoholic wipes to clean things with that are appropriate to clean things with

I use our disinfectant wipes to clean my stethoscope. Our tele leads are disposable, so no cleaning required.

Wow, I never though a simple question would turn into a silly petty argument over how to clean tele leads.Anyway...take a tub of 4x4's and pour in rubbing alcohol.
