How do I get myself more noticed?

I am currently an ER RN and have been in this role for about a year, total hospital/ER experience of five years. I have not perfected what I do, but I do it very well. Because of this, I have high aspirations for myself and am determined to achieving my goals.

I am hopeful that I will have my MSN/MBA degree in 2014. My goal is to hold a management level position in my hospital- specifically as an administrator.

My immediate supervisors and unit directors, including unit administrator, all know me and speak highly of me. I hopeful that such kindness will continue my way.

My question: What approaches can I make to maximize my future opportunities and achieve a position of leadership.
