Hospital VS Clinic

As nurses that have possibly worked in both a hospital setting and a clinical setting, what would you say are the major differences, pros and cons?
Homework assignment? Do you have specific ideas, concerns, etc.? Are you a student, or...?

Yes, it is a homework assignment. Although, I really never thought about a nursing forum. This gives me the chance to actually find out some information from nurses that have been in the different settings. I have the opportunity to go to both settings, but I am kind of anxious about where I will choose once the time is here. I am a student and will graduate in a few months, so the time to make the choice is getting closer. I know I will make a difference and help patients in both settings, but I want different concepts that maybe I haven't thought about yet. Like something other than the pay, the different patient population, and the different hours...any input?
