Student nurse to RN

What were some major things that you guys had to accomplish or encounter from transitioning from a student nurse to an RN? Good and bad...
Is this homework? What are your ideas, concerns, etc.?

The most important thing I was never taught in nursing school almost 30 years ago was how to deal with coworkers. Thankfully, I worked as a nurses aide during school, so I was used to the politics from the view of one of the peons.. I really hated when I had to be in charge, because everybody was so petty about their assignments. Nursing school hardly prepares you for any of that.
