Don't want to be a med nurse ????

Ok want to know if this is normal. I have been a LPN for over 3 yrs and got my RN this year. I realise that I don't like to give meds anymore. I am tecahing and I love it. I like more management, teaching, something where I don't have to be down and dirty and people yelling. I love sitting with the patients and talking to them and solving problems. I do not want to work in a hospital. Is this bad for my career if I never work in a hosp?
If you never want to work in a hospital, lack of hospital experience shouldn't be a problem.

I have no intention of working in a hospital either. I found a perfect role as a supervisor/problem solver and I'm very happy in my job.
