Re-entering the hospital environment

Hi there! Hoping that someone can provide some insight...

I am an RN/BSN for 12 years now. For the last 8 years, I have been in Utilization Management for specialty injectable drugs. I want to get back into the clinical setting, but have no clue what the pay rate looks like. Can anyone give me an idea on what hospitals are paying experienced staff RNs? Any idea how the pay differs for per diem RNs? I live in Florida so Florida Hospital and Orlando Health are the two big players in my area.
most hospitals hire from online applications. I imagine if you search for hospitals in your area you will get a clue. Otherwise, call around to HR offices for base rates.
