Female nurse coworker sexting me from work

I have a female coworker who has sent me multiple sext messages from her cell phone while at work. Can I file for sexual harassment?

Well, I think legally you have to ask that person to stop whatever behavior they are doing before you can do much. Have you asked them to not do that? If you have and it continues, you have a couple choices. Do nothing, tell your manager if it continues, contact HR, if it continues lake legal action. But remember you first step is to directly tell them to stop whatever behavior it is they are doing. By directly it does not have to be face to face if you are not the confrontational type of person, but I would start a paper trail. For example email them from your job email to their job email. That way there is no question who sent it at what date and to whom. If you sent an email I would also inform your manager too.

Per TOS, can't give legal advice, however, FOR the LOVE of all THINGS.......what ails this woman? How embarrasing for you , beyond inappropriate, and mind boggling. I would tell her to lose your number (and if she got your number from the staff directory, that's another whole issue). To stop contacting you outside of work, and let HR know that you did these things. Sounds downright creepy and this woman obviously has some issues.
