RN to CRNA/NP?

I've been thinking of going back to school but I just wanted to see what the road will look like if i wanted to become a CRNA or NP. I currently work on a MS/TELE floor for a year now.

-How much would it cost for either profession?
-How long would it take?
-What's are the benefits? Satisfaction? Schedule? Pay?
