First time with CNA job in facility?? stressful

I love working with the residents and helping them, but some things I don't get in I'm in training and all the other CNAS look down on me and its alot of gossip and I heard the lady that was training me, tell the other lady I have to train her on everything, "she don't know nothing" and I don't know if I can do it or if I'll like it. In my interview I told them I had no facility experience and I just don't feel like I'm good enough and like I'm making a fool of myself. The training for the state test and working is very different..any advice?
