Ever heard or dealt with this?

I am a fairly new nurse and have been working in the ER (New York) for almost three months. Just before the end of my shift a patient came in with "loin pain hematuria syndrome." Anyone ever handled a patient with this, or even heard of it for that matter?
I have never heard of this disease prior to coming across your thread. Based on a quick internet search, it is a very rare disease:Loin pain hematuria syndrome
