hospital Experience problem

i do not have any hospital experience been a dialysis nurse since i passed my NCLEX.And were moving to California next year or so.I really and its been my dream to work in hospital serting but its so hard to get in since most of facility accept only with experience.Anybody knows a hospital that have any program for training?
