How much hospital experience is enough?

I've been working as a critical care per diem nurse at a level 1 trauma center for 3 years now and I'm really considering leaving this position. As you all know, hospital nursing is just so stressful and the hours are so crazy, and I'm also currently in school for my master's. I recently started a new job at an endoscopy center, which I applied for so I could pick up some extra less stressful and shorter shifts to make more money without having to work a full 12 hour shift at the hospital. I love this new job and I would rather just be able to devote the couple of days a week that I have off from school to picking up shifts there. I'm getting overwhelmed with the two jobs plus school, but I'm worried that I might have trouble getting a job as an NP when I graduate if I'm not currently working in a hospital. Do you think 3 years is enough experience in the hospital? Or do you think quitting might affect my future employment?
