Assisted Living - New RN

Hello, hello. I received my license back in February (Yay!) and have now found a position in an assisted living in a suburb about 40 minutes west of Chicago. I'm unsure what a fair hourly wage would be. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, an RN working in an assisted living would make roughly $27-28/hr. Is that a higher average for the Chicagoland area? Some additional information, this position would be part time, no benefits.
