Need advice on good resources for healthcare Spanish.

I'm getting ready to start work at a county hospital in Texas with a very large Hispanic population. I spent 18 months as a new grad working in a hospital in San Diego with a mostly Spanish population, but I was so busy just trying to learn to be an effective nurse that I didn't have time to really delve into the language issue. Does anyone have advice on Spanish for healthcare resources? I have taken basic Spanish in college, so I have a little bit to work with. Thanks for any help!
My husband learned a great deal of Hebrew for his previous job with an Israeli company using Rosetta Stone. Might be worth looking into! If I would go back to bedside I would give it a shot as I would rather be able to have a conversation than just ask if the patient is in pain.

Not sure if this may be what you're actually wanting, but they do have "Spanish for Healthcare Workers" seminars , some that offer CEUS. There might be some on-line. I know my local Comm College offers a course in its non-credit curriculum, too.
